Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within an international hotel or luxury service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating and responding to guest needs
- Well presented, professional, and able to maintain composure in a fast paced, high pressure environment

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.
- Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP.
- Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally.
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating.
- Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately.
- Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.
About You
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within an international hotel or luxury service environment.
- Role expected to start from September onwards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Detail oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating and responding to guest needs.
- Well presented, professional, and able to maintain composure in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
