About The Role
As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our marketing and communications output — from real estate campaigns and corporate branding to social media content and print collateral.
You'll work across multiple business verticals including real estate development, construction, investment, and trading.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse visual projects
- Proficiency in Logo Design and creating impactful Branding materials
- Advanced skills in Typography and understanding of design principles
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, managing both in-office and remote tasks effectively
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in leading design projects and working in cross-functional teams is highly beneficial
What You'Ll Do
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and corporate communications
- Produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms — social media, websites, presentations, and email campaigns
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all Ayat Group entities and subsidiaries
- Collaborate with management and department heads to understand project briefs and deliver on-brand solutions
- Review and approve design output before final production or publishing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Mentor and guide junior designers or external creative suppliers when required
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork files to professional production standards
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Support company events, campaigns, and launches with creative design solutions
What We'Re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 3–5 years in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop
, and
Indesign

- A solid portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print
- Experience in real estate, property, or corporate branding is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
