Responsibilities
- Manage all day to day construction activities on site
- Supervise steel structure erection, installation, and related civil works
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and method statements
- Develop and monitor project schedules to achieve milestones and deadlines
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in accordance with UAE regulations
- Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection plan before execution
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Attend project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience
- At least 5 years in the UAE managing steel structure projects
- Proven experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, commercial buildings, or steel fabrication and erection projects
- Strong understanding of structural steel construction methods and sequencing
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred

- The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client specifications, UAE regulations, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
