- Promote and sell residential, commercial, and land/plot developments
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Meet prospective clients and provide professional presentations of company properties
- Conduct property viewings and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
- Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner
- Prepare sales reports and update the CRM/database regularly
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Property Development sales in the UAE
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our growing Real Estate & Property Development team.
- The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have a proven track record in selling properties, plots, and real estate developments.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
