We are seeking a skilled and experienced **General Foreman** to join our construction team.
**Location:** UAE , Abu dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities and labor workforce
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage and monitor subcontractors and site teams
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Report site progress to Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE regulations
Requirements
- Minimum [X] years of experience as a General Foreman in construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong communication skills
