- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV operations, and security equipment
- Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare incident reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and government authorities
- Identify potential security risks and implement preventive measures
- Develop and maintain business continuity and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and company standards
- Conduct security awareness programs and training for employees
- Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel and contracted security teams
- Prepare security reports, budgets, and performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in security management
- Previous experience managing security operations within the UAE, preferably in construction, real estate, or corporate sector
- Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, CCTV, and emergency response procedures
- Excellent understanding of UAE security regulations and best practices
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations across our facilities and project sites in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in security management
- Previous experience managing security operations within the UAE, preferably in the construction, real estate, or corporate sector
