Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees, visitors, and company representatives to and from designated locations
- Deliver and collect company documents, materials, and equipment as required
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well maintained
- Monitor fuel levels, service schedules, and report any maintenance or repair requirements promptly
- Adhere to all UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, trip records, and fuel usage reports
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
- Support administrative and office tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience in the UAE
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads, routes, and traffic regulations
- Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe driving practices
- Ability to communicate in basic English; Arabic is an advantage
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or extended hours when required
- Physically fit and able to perform job related duties
