- Conduct audits and inspections across flight and cabin operations to ensure compliance with GACA regulations, IOSA standards, internal policies, and best practices
- Identify and report risks, verify corrective actions, and contribute to the quality assurance system to drive continuous improvement
- Lead internal audits, prepare detailed reports, and monitor corrective and preventive measures
- Work closely with operational teams to promote a culture of compliance and support preparations for external audits
- Help refine internal audit processes and tools
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial airline operations
- At least 1 year of experience conducting internal audits or supporting compliance activities
- Hold an IOSA Accredited Auditor qualification
