Description
The Financial Assistance Policy and Oversight Division (FAPOD) is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Assistance Policy Advisor to support the review, modernization, and implementation of the Department of Commerce's financial assistance policies and guidance. This role requires deep subject-matter expertise in federal financial assistance regulations and hands-on experience as a grants officer to ensure recommended policy updates are both legally sound and operationally practical.
Responsibilities:
Review existing DOC financial assistance policy and guidance documents, including: DOC Federal Financial Assistance Manual Financial Assistance Memorandums DOC General Terms and Conditions DOC Grants Management Review Process
