VPD is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Communications Specialist to support the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) Research and Insights Solutions Center. This role blends editorial excellence, multimedia content production, and strategic communication support to translate complex research into clear, compelling, and accessible products for both internal and external audiences, elevating the visibility and impact of the unit’s work.
Responsibilities:
Editorial and Content Development Edit white papers for clarity, flow, tone, potential bias, and narrative impact, ensuring each product tells a coherent and engaging story Produce dynamic content based on research, including Shorthand narratives, interactive web features, presentations, podcasts, and infographics
