- Performing deep analysis and scorecard against budget/forecast monthly and quarterly
- Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month end variance and management reporting
- Providing analytical support and financial guidance to help with various business decisions
- Working on ad hoc projects as assigned
- Assisting with special requests from the executive team
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
- 3 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Expert knowledge in Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with financial modeling
- Proven track record in business partner or corporate FP&A role
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
- You will create and utilize data driven analysis that holds the senior leaders of the business accountable to delivering budget targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establishing solid business partnerships with leaders across the business
- Preparing presentations for the Senior Management team
- Preparing, improving and streamlining the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning process
- Performing deep analysis and scorecard against budget/forecast monthly and quarterly
- Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month end variance and management reporting
- Providing analytical support and financial guidance to help with various business decisions. This includes developing new analyses and improving reports and metrics to better support senior leadership’s decision making process
- Working on ad hoc projects as assigned; such as assessment of new business activities or change of process
- Assisting with special requests from the executive team
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
What You Need To Bring
- 3 5 years in progressive financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Expert knowledge in Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with financial modeling
- Proven track record in business partner or corporate FP&A role
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication to interact with all levels of management
- Demonstrated success working in a deadline driven and multi task, fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work quickly while being able to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
