- Conduct in depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of financial data, market trends, and industry benchmarks
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to assess business performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and forecast financial outcomes
- Conduct financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather data, assess performance, and develop actionable insights
- Present financial analysis findings and recommendations to senior management, board members, and stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial expertise, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide training and mentorship to junior financial analysts
- Stay current on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices in financial analysis

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Professional degree in Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience
- 2 year(s) GCC experience is a plus
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Job Summary
- The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting/forecasting; analysis and interpretation of trends, recommended actions.
- Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
- Monitors all work related to year end closing procedures to issue the yearly audited financial statement.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior financial analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development.
- Stay current on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices in financial analysis to continually improve analytical methodologies and drive business success.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis techniques, including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and valuation methods.
- Strong quantitative skills are essential for interpreting complex financial data, performing scenario analysis, and drawing meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, financial modeling software, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for effectively communicating financial analysis findings.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting enhances the ability to provide accurate and timely financial insights.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
- Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Professional degree in Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
