- Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for business solutions
- Document current business processes and models; recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
- Determine key measurement metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategy
- Work with process owners to understand and improve business processes, ensuring simplification and waste removal
- Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements
- Develop and define solutions to business problems using a wide range of methods and tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
- Knowledge of business process design and improvement
- Working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements

Job Summary
- The Business Analyst gathers, analyzes, validates and documents business requirements using workshops, interviews, document analysis, site visits, business analysis, task, workflow analysis and observations.
- Works with stakeholders from all business units to identify business process and align solutions with business strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions.
- Provide assistance in documenting current business processes and models.
- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
- Determine key measurement metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategy.
- Develop knowledge of core systems and business processes; data sources and collection methods.
- Work with different process owners to understand and improve business processes.
- Work on specific project through some or all of the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
- Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
- Develop and define solutions to business problems using a wide range of methods and tools.
- Analyze business problems thoroughly using structured methods.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of business process design and improvement
- Working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements
- Knowledge of modelling business and data
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
Job Experience
- Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
