Role Overview
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial performance analysis, financial modeling, dashboards, management reporting, and reporting process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual variances.
- Develop financial models and dashboards.
- Analyze revenue, costs, gross margin, and operational performance.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Improve and automate financial reporting with advanced Excel tools.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Improve reporting processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Four to six years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or financial analysis.
- Strong IFRS knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Power BI experience is a strong advantage.
