- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support management decisions
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and monthly/annual closing
- Ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee bank transactions
- Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement cost control measures
- Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure effective internal controls and risk management practices
- Prepare management reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards; provide actionable insights to senior management
- Work closely with other departments to ensure financial efficiency and support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification: ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent (mandatory)
- Experience managing a small finance team, preferably in a financial institution or commercial environment in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and local accounting regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Excellent MS Excel and financial analysis skills with strong attention to detail

Role Overview
