About the Role
Eden Rose is recruiting a Head of Platform for an ADGM-regulated financial services firm in Abu Dhabi. You will lead platform strategy, operations, and regulatory compliance, overseeing issuer and investor onboarding, offering approval, and governance.

- Build and execute an origination strategy to generate a consistent, high quality pipeline of issuers
- Design, implement and own the firm's due diligence framework for admitting issuers and their offers of Securities onto the platform
- Own the product and technology roadmap for the PFP platform along with the team
- Run the day to day operations of the PFP business: dealing pipeline management, issuer and investor onboarding, transaction execution, and post completion administration
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in private capital markets, private placements, venture/growth debt or equity, corporate finance, investment banking, or fintech/crowdfunding platform leadership
- Demonstrable experience conducting or overseeing issuer/borrower due diligence, credit or investment analysis, and offer/deal structuring
- Experience with Exempt Offers, private placements, or exempt securities frameworks is ideal
- Prior exposure to building or scaling a fintech, marketplace, or capital markets technology platform is a plus

Job Description
- Eden Rose is currently engaged with a FSRA regulated Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) financial services firm who are seeking a Head of Platform.
- Reporting to the Senior Executive Officer, you will lead the strategy, operation, and regulatory compliance, overseeing issuer and investor onboarding, offering approval, and platform governance in line with FSRA rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute an origination strategy to generate a consistent, high quality pipeline of issuers.
- Design, implement and own the firm's due diligence framework for admitting issuers and their offers of Securities onto the platform.
- Own the product and technology roadmap for the PFP platform along with the team.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in private capital markets, private placements, venture/growth debt or equity, corporate finance, investment banking, or fintech/crowdfunding platform leadership.
