About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with IFRS and ADGM requirements
- Prepare and submit all FSRA mandated reports
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with FSRA’s Prudential Rules
- Maintain clear separation of client assets and firm assets in line with Client Asset Rules
- Oversee financial flows related to PFP transactions, including issuer payments, investor settlements, and transaction fees
- Prepare the firm’s annual budget and perform regular variance analysis
- Develop short and long term financial forecasts based on the strategic plan
- Establish and maintain internal controls for financial integrity and fraud prevention
- Ensure full compliance with ADGM commercial regulations, VAT, and corporate tax obligations
- Support operational and risk audits and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting within regulated financial services
- In depth knowledge of FSRA or DFSA rules, especially GEN, PRU, and COBS
- Familiarity with PFP operations, fund structures, and investment advisory models
- Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent (preferred)

Role Overview
