About the Role
TD is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support DSIP and SC&OE Finance with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic advice. You will develop performance management frameworks, deliver monthly/quarterly reporting, and support technology investment decisions.

- Be a valued business partner by building strong partnership with DSIP and SC&OE business leaders and teams
- Develop, refresh and present monthly/quarterly reporting, Productivity reporting, annual Plan and Forecasting views
- Identify opportunities to build meaningful financial analysis and provide value add to business partners
- Collaborate with Finance colleagues and businesses to understand change drivers
- Build reporting to track both financial and non financial metrics against targets for numerous complex initiatives
- Enhance activities and implement effective innovative solutions, including automation, where there is an opportunity to gain efficiencies through process improvement
- Act as subject matter expert for own area and provide guidance / advice and recommendations
- Understand and work towards a shared Finance vision and promote a positive work environment
- Provide thought leadership on data governance strategies to improve the management of data
- Support with any ad hoc queries, and business casing as required

- 5+ years of relevant experience

Job Description
- Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, COO Finance, this role will act as the Senior Finance Analyst, supporting DSIP and SC&OE.
- You will become a subject matter expert providing value added financial analysis and advisory support to business partners.
- Reporting of results will include the delivery of monthly/quarterly management reporting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and key performance metrics.
- The DSIP and SC&OE Finance team is responsible for financially supporting key mandates, such as Digital Strategy, Innovation & Designs, Enterprise Payments, Governance & Control, Change Management, Productivity and Simplification and Digitization & Automation.
Finance Accountabilities

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Accounting designation preferred
Work Location & Schedule
- Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Hours: 37.5
- Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables.
- Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week.
Pay Details
- CAD 81,600 CAD 115,200 CAD
- Eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.
