Senior Field Manager, Medical Affairs, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within International Operations.

The position focuses on national and global scientific stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop Medical Affairs professionals and translate strategy into measurable operational priorities.
- Provide medical education through scientific meetings, symposia, workshops, and tailored programmes.
- Build relationships with KOLs, professional associations, government agencies, health systems, and healthcare institutions.
- Drive scientific communication across clinical trial phases and support real-world evidence planning.
- Lead publication strategies, advisory boards, and scientific recruitment and retention activities.
- Provide internal medical guidance and training on marketed products and related topics.
- Coach field medical employees and keep the team on track against KPIs.
Skills and qualifications
- Significant Medical Affairs, clinical development, or related pharmaceutical or life sciences experience.
- Strong understanding of the cardiometabolic therapeutic area.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing professional teams.
- Experience with KOL and scientific stakeholder relationships at national and international levels.
- Scientific communication experience covering publication planning, medical education, and advisory boards.
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical discipline such as MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with strong presentation and communication skills.
