Role Overview
Renova 360 is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer for multi-site operations across the UAE.
The role oversees multiple facilities, project sites, and technical teams while ensuring consistent service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage multiple facilities and project sites simultaneously.
- Lead Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and outsourced service providers.
- Take technical responsibility for facility operation and maintenance.
- Plan and control PPM and corrective maintenance across all sites.
- Troubleshoot MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance issues.
- Monitor equipment reliability, team performance, manpower deployment, and work quality.
- Conduct inspections and audits across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Review technical records, reports, method statements, risk assessments, and service documentation.
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and support technical procurement and tender activities.
- Support facility mobilization, takeovers, service improvements, and cost optimization.
- Prepare technical and operational reports for senior management.
Requirements
- At least 7–10 years of UAE facilities management experience is required.
