Role Overview
The role leads facilities management and housekeeping operations while contributing to business development and revenue growth in the UAE.
The position combines hands-on FM management, client relationship development, new business generation, and tender coordination.
FM and Housekeeping Operations
- Lead facilities management and housekeeping teams across assigned projects and sites.
- Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping services.
- Maintain contractual, SLA, KPI, quality, operational, and HSE standards.
- Manage manpower planning, team performance, maintenance activities, subcontractors, suppliers, client concerns, and operational reporting.
Business Development and Growth
- Identify and pursue new FM and housekeeping projects and clients in the UAE.
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, facility owners, and corporate customers.
- Generate leads, participate in meetings and site visits, develop FM solutions and proposals, and support revenue targets.
- Monitor the UAE FM market, competitors, upcoming projects, and opportunities.
