Role Overview
Experienced, results-driven Sales Engineer role in the UAE covering renovation, fit-out, facilities management, construction, and contracting.
Generate business, build client relationships, understand technical requirements, and coordinate internally to convert opportunities into projects and contracts.
Business Development and Sales
- Identify and develop opportunities across renovation, fit-out, facilities management, construction, and contracting sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, consultants, developers, and facilities managers.
- Develop client relationships, conduct meetings and site visits, promote services, and achieve sales targets.
Technical and Commercial Sales
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, and operations teams to develop solutions.
- Review enquiries, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Conduct site assessments, coordinate surveys, prepare proposals, follow up on quotations, and participate in negotiations.
- Identify additional services, variations, and repeat-business opportunities.
