Construction Manager role based in Dubai, UAE.
The role manages construction projects through planning, execution, coordination, completion, and handover.

Workplace and Schedule
- Job type is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Supervise daily site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, authorities, and internal departments.
- Monitor progress, costs, resources, variations, quality, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover are completed on time.
Mandatory Requirements
- Dubai Municipality G+Unlimited approval or classification.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE.
- Experience managing major building construction projects in Dubai or the UAE.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality requirements, authority regulations, and construction procedures.
- Technical knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
- Current UAE residence and immediate or short-notice availability are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 16,000 to AED 18,000 per month.
