Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, services operations, and best practices
- Proven track record in managing large facilities and overseeing maintenance activities
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements
- A valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
