What You’ll Do
- Plan general services activities related to facilities management and implement preventive maintenance and lifecycle programs.
- Develop SLAs, KPIs, and response and resolution matrices for contracts.
- Evaluate contractor performance through monthly KPI compliance sessions.
- Troubleshoot maintained assets and provide technical support for operations.
- Supervise electrical and mechanical safety and operating components of assets.
- Manage preventive maintenance audits, corrective work orders, spare-part requests, service-provider quality, and property inspections.
- Prepare management reports, project progress reports, permits, and execution documents.
- Develop energy-saving strategies and practices supporting health, safety, quality, and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce in a related field.
- Experience delivering decision support and strategic initiatives that improve organizational financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
- AutoCAD or comparable computer drafting skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Experience recruiting, leading, and developing high-performance project and program teams.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and build effective relationships.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes.
- Analytical ability using pivot tables and lookup functions to interpret data and recommend solutions.
