Role Overview
The Account Manager will be part of the Commercial team and own a category from business development through growth.
The role focuses on brand relationships, category expansion, advertising, merchandising, supply availability, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Drive category expansion, improve selection and discoverability, and deliver topline growth through data-driven strategies.
- Own and optimize PLA, Brand Ads, Sponsored Ads, display, onsite advertising, and other performance marketing solutions.
- Develop campaigns, promotional events, merchandising plans, and visibility strategies.
- Create joint digital advertising plans with brand partners and allocate budgets.
- Manage replenishment, lead times, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.
- Expand assortment, onboard SKUs, improve catalog quality, and increase discoverability.
- Analyze the funnel from impressions through conversion and address performance drop-offs.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate opportunities, and align on joint business plans and growth targets.
- Monitor GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPC, CTR, ad spend, market share, pricing, and availability metrics.
- Plan seasonal events, mega campaigns, brand days, promotions, and deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Finance, Product, Tech, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
- Test and optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising, advertising, and traffic strategies.
