Role Overview
Lead end-to-end facilities management operations across multiple client contracts and sites in Qatar.
Drive contract performance, client relationships, service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical leadership with a strong engineering background and multidisciplinary team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated facilities management services across multiple client sites and contracts.
- Oversee daily operations and compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders as the primary operational and strategic contact.
- Manage multiple contracts for efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, asset performance, and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee maintenance strategies, asset management programmes, and technical operations.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, resource utilisation, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Support mobilisations, operational transitions, audits, and business growth initiatives.
- Provide engineering guidance across MEP systems, building services, and facility infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10 years of facilities management experience, including significant senior leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple facilities management contracts and large operational portfolios.
- Strong engineering background in building systems, maintenance operations, and asset management.
- Experience leading large, multicultural teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven, multi-site operational environments.
- GCC facilities management experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
- Professional certification in Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Project Management is advantageous.
