Role Overview
Ensure reliable operation and performance of Cooling Distribution Unit systems within mission-critical environments.
Maintain system availability, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimize downtime risks.
Provide technical expertise, proactive monitoring, and adherence to operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CDU systems and associated cooling infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, temperature control, and operational efficiency.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system failures and performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and client SLAs.
- Coordinate with operations, vendors, and OEMs for system support.
- Maintain logs, reports, and maintenance records.
- Support audits, inspections, and critical incident management.
Experience and Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in HVAC operations or critical cooling systems.
- Strong knowledge of CDU systems, HVAC, and chilled water systems.
- Experience in mission-critical or high-availability environments is preferred.
