Role Overview
Own and improve seller-facing financing operations across assigned Stack products and customers.
Support scalable processes, timely execution, rapid exception resolution, and continuous seller-experience improvement.
Business Context
Stack provides sellers with working-capital solutions that support inventory and business growth.
The role works within noon's innovation-focused Everyday Labs environment as Stack expands products and geographies.
Operations Execution
- Manage seller journeys across onboarding, financing, repayment, and repeat loans.
- Monitor onboarding and repayment SLAs and resolve breaches and ageing cases.
Process Excellence
- Design and maintain SOPs for standard journeys, edge cases, and new product launches.
- Analyze operational failures and seller escalations to drive corrective action.
- Partner with Product and Tech to automate manual workflows.
- Maintain reporting on SLAs and key operational metrics.
Success Measures
- Improve SLA adherence, turnaround times, and ageing-case performance.
- Increase operational quality through clear exception ownership and accurate documentation.
- Improve seller utilization and support volume growth without proportional manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant operations or process-improvement experience.
- Strong seller empathy, ownership, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and operational data, metrics, and trackers.
- Ability to create clear and exhaustive SOPs and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Fintech or lending experience is a plus.
