Own and improve seller-facing financing operations across assigned Stack products and customers.
Ensure scalable processes, timely execution, fast exception resolution, and continuous seller-experience improvement.
About Stack
Stack provides sellers with working-capital solutions that support inventory and business growth.
The operations function supports new products, geographies, seller volumes, and predictable product utilization.
Operations execution
- Manage seller journeys covering onboarding, financing, repayment, and repeat loans.
- Monitor onboarding and repayment SLAs and resolve breaches and ageing cases.
- Design and maintain process flows and SOPs for standard journeys, edge cases, and launches.
- Analyze operational failures and seller escalations to drive corrective action.
- Partner with Product and Tech to automate manual steps and improve workflow scalability.
- Maintain reporting on SLAs and key performance metrics for business reviews.
What you will need
- 2–4 years of relevant operations or process-improvement experience.
- Strong seller empathy and understanding of operational impact on seller experience.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with operational data, metrics, and trackers.
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive SOPs and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fintech or lending experience is a bonus.
Success measures
High SLA adherence, faster turnaround times, and fewer ageing or breached cases.
Clear exception ownership, accurate documentation, and fewer avoidable manual interventions.
Improved seller utilization and processes that scale with growing volumes and new offerings.
