The HR Senior Executive manages and supports Human Resources operations focused on payroll, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, employee data management, and HR reporting.
The role ensures accurate payroll, maintains compensation and benefits programs, analyzes HR data, and supports business and people decisions.
The role works with employees, managers, and the wider HR team while maintaining compliance with UAE employment regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the monthly payroll process for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Maintain payroll data covering attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and other payments.
- Support employees and managers with payroll, compensation, and benefits matters.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, personnel documentation, contracts, and employee files.
- Support compensation and benefits programs, salary reviews, bonus processes, and incentive projects.
- Conduct salary and benefits analysis and support compensation benchmarking.
- Prepare HR analytics, workforce reports, dashboards, presentations, and key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data and provide management with actionable insights on trends, gaps, and improvements.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, reporting controls, and processes.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation align with UAE labor legislation and internal policies.
- Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes, offboarding, employee relations, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Support HR audits, process automation, HR projects, and ad-hoc assignments while protecting confidential information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a sizable, fast-paced organization.
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics is essential.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR reporting or analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data and produce actionable insights.
- Experience preparing HR dashboards, reports, and metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and payroll costs.
- Good knowledge of UAE employment practices and labor regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with UAE payroll and benefits administration is highly desirable.
