Overall responsibility for the daily operations and management of an airport lounge.
Ensure team members are trained, equipped, and supported to perform their duties effectively.
Maintain safety, security, and service quality in compliance with company, airport, government, and international standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and efficient lounge operations in line with brand standards.
- Plan, organize, and manage operational functions in a cost-effective and commercially sound manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and security requirements.
- Drive operational excellence and profitability while maintaining a high-quality guest experience.
- Seek guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve lounge products and services.
- Evaluate lounge performance and initiate corrective actions or service improvements.
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing, partnerships, and public relations initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members.
- Support quality management systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality, including lounges, hotels, or airport operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work shift duties as required.
