Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, priorities, and scheduling across internal, external, and high level stakeholder meetings
- Act as gatekeeper for communications, meeting requests, and executive priorities
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, agendas, and follow up actions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and execution
- Handle highly confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion
- Support CEO in monitoring key company initiatives and strategic projects
- Manage CEO's personal calendar, appointments, and commitments
- Coordinate family schedules, school activities, appointments, and events
- Organize business and personal travel arrangements including flights, hotels, itineraries, and visas
- Oversee household coordination, including staff, vendors, maintenance, and service providers
- Draft and manage professional emails, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Liaise with VIPs, government entities, partners, and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 7 12+ years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar senior support role
- Proven experience supporting C level executives, founders, or high net worth individuals
- Previous experience in real estate, investment, hospitality, or corporate environments preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and discreet Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO across both professional and personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, priorities, and scheduling across internal, external, and high level stakeholder meetings.
- Act as a gatekeeper for communications, meeting requests, and executive priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, agendas, and follow up actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, development, finance, and operations.
- Attend meetings when required, track action items, and follow up on deadlines.
- Handle highly confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the CEO in monitoring key company initiatives and strategic projects.
- Follow up with department heads to ensure timely execution and accountability.
- Assist in preparing partnership proposals, executive communications, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Help optimize the CEO’s productivity, planning, and weekly workflow structure.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and commitments.
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar senior support role.
- Proven experience supporting C level executives, founders, or high net worth individuals.
- Previous experience within real estate, investment, hospitality, or corporate environments is highly preferred.
