About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and discreet Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO across both professional and personal responsibilities.
  • This is a high trust, fast paced role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, priorities, and scheduling across internal, external, and high level stakeholder meetings.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for communications, meeting requests, and executive priorities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, agendas, and follow up actions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, development, finance, and operations.
  • Attend meetings when required, track action items, and follow up on deadlines.
  • Handle highly confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the CEO in monitoring key company initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Follow up with department heads to ensure timely execution and accountability.
  • Assist in preparing partnership proposals, executive communications, and stakeholder correspondence.
  • Help optimize the CEO’s productivity, planning, and weekly workflow structure.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and commitments.

Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar senior support role.
  • Proven experience supporting C level executives, founders, or high net worth individuals.
  • Previous experience within real estate, investment, hospitality, or corporate environments is highly preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
