- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine MEP requirements
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and labor
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing to achieve cost effective and competitive estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and project teams to review estimates and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain organized records of estimates, quotations, and pricing documentation
- Assist in the preparation of bid submissions, tender documents, and commercial proposals
- Provide estimation and cost support during the procurement and project execution phases
- Identify potential cost risks and opportunities for value engineering
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in estimating MEP works within Fitout / construction projects
- Experience in tendering, cost estimation, and procurement support
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective negotiation and commercial awareness
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously

Job Purpose
- The MEP Estimator / Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in Fitout projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is mandatory
Experience
- Previous experience in estimating MEP works within Fitout / construction projects is preferred.
- Experience in tendering, cost estimation, and procurement support is an advantage.
