About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project construction programs in accordance with contract requirements
- Prepare and maintain project procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Develop and maintain project specific HSE plans in coordination with HSE Manager and HSE Officers
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
- Coordinate and manage procurement of all project specified finishing materials according to approved schedules
- Prepare, issue, and maintain records of Requests for Information, Non Conformance Reports, Inspection Requests
- Chair meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and maintain detailed meeting minutes
- Issue weekly project progress reports, including site photographs, to clients
- Ensure successful project closeout and obtain Taking Over Certificates from clients
- Secure Final Completion Certificates upon completion of the Defects Liability Period
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in engineering, construction, or project management
- Strong problem solving skills
- Self motivated and proactive
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Purpose
- The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and completion of projects in accordance with company standards, contractual requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor the project construction program in accordance with contract requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure completion within approved timelines.
- Ensure annual project delivery targets with a portfolio value of up to AED 50 million.
- Develop and maintain project specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans.
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments for project activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of all project specified finishing materials.
- Monitor material submission schedules and ensure timely submission, approval, and procurement.
- Follow up on drawing submission schedules and ensure all required drawings are issued on time.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain records of Requests for Information, Non Conformance Reports, Inspection Requests.
- Draft, review, and respond to formal project correspondence and contractual notices.
Stakeholder Management
- Chair meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and maintain detailed meeting minutes.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders.
Project Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with site teams to identify and resolve project challenges.
- Ensure supervisory staff prepare and submit KPIs, daily work plans, and weekly work schedules.
- Issue weekly project progress reports, including site photographs, to clients.
Project Completion & Handover
- Ensure successful project closeout and obtain Taking Over Certificates from clients.
- Secure Final Completion Certificates upon completion of the Defects Liability Period.
- Ensure all contractual handover requirements are fulfilled and documented.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in engineering, construction, or project management environments.
