- B.S. in Engineering field or equivalent
- 14+ years of related engineering and management experience
- Strong technical expertise in multiple engineering disciplines/technologies
- Proven ability to lead design/support of successful products/processes
- Ability to manage complex product line/process problems
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Job Overview
