- Provide world class customer care to both internal and external customers.
- Engage in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues.
- Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
- Use judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies to resolve standard and in region problems.
- Assist with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.

- Experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

A Typical Day Might Include
