Senior Engineer - Sales

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for high-rise, infrastructure, and key developer segments to exceed targets.
• Build relationships with consultants, developers, and project owners to secure pre-approvals and framework agreements.
• Lead complex negotiations, technical presentations, client meetings, and value-based selling activities.
• Prepare BOQs, technical offers, tender documentation, pricing, and contractual submissions.
• Oversee bid-to-order handover to project execution teams.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and opportunities, then advise management on pricing, positioning, and brand strategy.
• Collaborate with supplier, installation, and supply chain teams on project solutions.
• Maintain compliance with Dubai Municipality, civil defense, and international elevator standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least eight years of successful new installation experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Significant UAE or GCC market experience and a robust local consultant, developer, and contractor network.
• Expert knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, technical specifications, and traffic analysis.
• Proven negotiation, complex account management, and team guidance capabilities.
• High proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
