Al Ghurair Property Management is hiring an Executive - Key Accounts for its Commercial team.
The role focuses on commercial leasing, property management, tenant coordination, portfolio performance, and client service.
What You’ll Do
- Arrange viewings for potential leasing clients.
- Lease the designated portfolio by achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
- Ensure managed units are operational and ready to lease.
- Update CRM leads, follow up on high-potential leads, and maintain deal records.
- Conduct tenant check-in and check-out inspections.
- Identify community violations, issue breach notices, and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate tenant access for maintenance work.
- Establish contacts with companies and brokers to expand lead generation.
- Handle incoming client calls and provide information.
- Manage renewals and related negotiations.
- Prepare reports on property management activities and service provider performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, real estate management, or a related field.
- Certified specialized courses in relevant real estate segments are advantageous.
- Experience in the Dubai non-freehold real estate market is required.
- At least 5 years of property management experience is required.
- Knowledge of the UAE property market and experience with third-party clients are required.
- Experience with reputable real estate developers or landlords and strong customer experience results are required.
- Fluency in English is required.
