- Develop and implement Reliability Management System
- Coordinate and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analysis
- Introduce Root Cause Analysis techniques and facilitate equipment failure investigations
- Establish a Reliability, Availability, Integrity threats database
- Develop reliability, availability and integrity improvement plans
- Identify chronic occurrence of equipment failure modes and suggest long term solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 8 years of experience
- Experience in reliability management and RCM

Job Purpose
- Provide effective Reliability Management Systems and guidance for Reliability Centred Maintenance activities.
- Carry out analysis of equipment performance, failure data and corrective maintenance history.
- Ensure that Reliability Process is established and maintained.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Develop and implement Reliability Management System.
- Coordinate and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analysis.
- Introduce Root Cause Analysis techniques and facilitate equipment failure investigations.
- Establish a Reliability, Availability, Integrity threats database on the common shred server.
- Develop reliability, availability and integrity improvement plan.
- Participate in development of engineering and technical solutions to improve reliability performance.
- Identify chronic occurrence of equipment failure modes and suggest economical long term solutions.
- Provide guidelines for carrying out Root Cause Analysis methodology and software.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 8 years of experience.
