- Provide independent reports, dashboards, and recommendations to the Client
- Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure schedule integration
Requirements
- Experience in independent review and monitoring of contractor schedules
- Ability to assess schedule updates, progress, and recovery plans
- Knowledge of delay identification and impact analysis
- Experience validating time related claims including Extension of Time (EOT)
