Responsibilities
- Responsible for independent review and monitoring of the Contractor's baseline schedule and updates, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and advising the Client on risks and mitigation measures
- Review Contractor's baseline schedule, logic, sequencing, and critical path
- Assess schedule updates, progress, and recovery plans
- Identify delays, risks, and potential impacts on project milestones
- Validate time related claims including Extension of Time (EOT)
- Provide independent reports, dashboards, and recommendations to the Client
- Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure schedule integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure planning and engineering
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong skills in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and GIS applications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated experience with urban development projects and infrastructure systems
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and sustainable urban development practices
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
