Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate activities of a team of multi disciplinary petroleum development professionals
- Generate completion conceptual and define completion requirements for wells
- Support studies team in Pilot Hole data acquisition planning, execution and evaluation
- Identify opportunities for production optimization in the production system
- Evaluate and perform Artificial Lift Design for Oil Producers
- Finalize Well Testing Strategy, Monitor and Evaluate the testing results
- Monitor well’s performance on daily basis, diagnose issues and evaluate optimization opportunities
- Perform Nodal Analysis for Production System Optimization
- Aids Reservoir Teams in designing and performing pressure transient analysis
- Monitor Drilling Activities and provide technical support
- Create and maintain database for wells covering operational details
- Recommend and plan special tests or test runs of projects

Job Purpose
- Plans and coordinates the activities and / or input of a team of multi disciplinary petroleum development professionals involved in developing, monitoring and ensuring timely execution of drilling operations in assigned field.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Generates completion conceptual and define completion requirements in line with the production/injection strategy for the wells.
- Support studies team in Pilot Hole data acquisition planning, execution and evaluation.
- Identify opportunities for production optimization in the production system.
- Evaluate and perform Artificial Lift Design for Oil Producers.
- Finalize Well Testing Strategy, Monitor and Evaluate the testing results.
- Monitor well’s performance on daily basis, diagnose associated issues and evaluate optimization opportunities.
- Perform Nodal Analysis for Production System Optimization.
- Aids Reservoir Teams in designing and performing pressure transient analysis.
- Monitor Drilling Activities; communicate concerns to drilling and provide technical support for smooth running of operations.
- Create and maintain database for wells covering all operational job details, data acquired, well tests, pressure history and optimization work performed.
- Ensure the agreed plan for the wells is being followed and highlight any deviations required.
- Recommend and plans special tests or test runs of projects prior to recommending field wide or reservoir implementation.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 8 years of experience in all aspects of Petroleum Engineering Operations.
