About the Role
ADNOC Group seeks a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide technical expertise in maintaining static and rotating equipment at the Bu Hasa plant. The role involves supervising maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring high equipment availability and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and modification of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment
- Review preventive maintenance plans/schedules and prepare task lists/maintenance programmes for mechanical equipment
- Provide guidance on chronic problems and review requirement for major repair and spares replacements
- Participate in Risk Assessment exercises and prepare recommendations
- Ensure availability of spares, coordinate and follow up new material orders
- Prepare new maintenance procedures, method statements and schedule long term activities
- Plan and coordinate Mechanical Maintenance activities with other departments
- Provide technical support for development, implementation and commissioning of new projects
- Prepare new plant change requests (PCR) and implement them
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification
- 8 years of experience in workshop, maintenance of static equipment and field experience in a diversified oil and gas processing environment

Job Purpose
- Provide technical expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and shutdowns to maintain static and rotating equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Achieve high degree of availability, reliability and integrity for plant production.
Maintenance Planning, Execution and Expertise
- Supervise installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and modification of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment.

Minimum Qualification
