Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and administer projects, applying expertise in design principles, construction procedures, regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and applicable codes and specifications
- Review engineering details as needed to support accurate and timely execution of works
- Ensure the contractor delivers the design intent as envisioned by the design engineer, and resolve any on site design challenges
- Coordinate with the Design Engineer to address client requested modifications and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Assist the Project Lead in reviewing and selecting materials and equipment in compliance with approved submittals
- Support the Project Lead in drafting and issuing engineering correspondence
- Identify and report non conformities related to construction and engineering activities through the issuance of Non Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Attend progress and coordination meetings, assisting in resolving site issues such as drawing discrepancies and technical conflicts
- Participate in snagging and project handover activities, ensuring all works meet quality and contractual standards
- Provide expert technical support to the Resident Engineer (RE) to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with the Design Engineer to implement necessary design modifications during construction
- Submit daily site reports, highlighting key issues, progress, and observations to the Project Lead

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering field (i.e. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural etc..)
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience.
