About the Role

Responsibilities
- Liaise and follow up with ADNOC Offshore all upstream Real Time related solution issues/requirements
- Provide specialized technical support in managing, developing, monitoring and delivering complete real time data domain solutions
- Keep updated on latest technologies and look for solutions for DOF real time data perspective
- Prepare and maintain strategic projects scope of work
- Assist in preparing Business Case for new projects
- Prepare models, POCs and pilots to minimize risk
- Coordinate strategic projects and manage implementation
- Assess, select and implement new technologies such as Big Data throughout project stages
- Coordinate and support delivery and implementation of DOF from assessment to delivery
- Manage large and complex projects observing Company Standards, Methodologies, Processes and Tools
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or other technical disciplines with long exposure to IT applications in Oil & Gas
- 8 9 years of experience in similar role with a multinational company, preferably from Oil & Gas sector
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good knowledge of Reservoir Monitoring, Petroleum Engineering, Projects, Operations & Business Planning
- Broad experience in IT OT solution implementation for large scale projects
- Deep knowledge and hands on experience in data visualization and analytical tools
- Deep knowledge in integration upstream applications/business
- Detailed knowledge in project management covering requirements documentation, planning, change control, cost and schedule systems
- Proficient in English

Job Purpose
- Collaborate within a team of technologists to produce enterprise scale solutions for ADNOC Offshore needs based on the latest data technologies that can empower ADNOC offshore people with digital technologies that improve performance, efficiency and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
- Liaise and follow up with ADNOC Offshore all upstream Real Time related solution issues / requirements and identify required corrective actions.
- Provides specialized technical support in managing, developing, monitoring and delivering complete solution, covering company wide real time data domain scope.
- Keep updated on the latest technologies, benchmarks and looks for solutions and opportunities that better serve the company from the DOF real time data perspective.
- Preparing and maintaining and strategic projects scope of work.
- Assist in preparing the Business Case for new project.
- Preparing models, POCs and pilots to minimize risk and explore options easily.
- Coordination of strategic projects, and managing the implementation.
- Assessing, selecting and implementing new technologies such as Big Data throughout the project stages.
- Coordinate and support the delivery and implementation of DOF from assessment to delivery.
- Managing large and complex projects observing Company Standards, Methodologies, Processes and Tools.
- Identification of new improvement areas and opportunities, planning the necessary assessments and building up evolution drafts.
- Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or other technical disciplines with long exposure to Information Technology applications in Oil & Gas Engineering, Drilling Geology and Production.
- 8 9 years of experience in similar role with a multinational company. Preferably, from the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to develop, innovate and think beyond the boundaries.
- Good knowledge of various aspects of Reservoir Monitoring, Petroleum Engineering, Projects, Operations & Business Planning Strategy & Integrity Management.
- Broad experience in IT OT solution implementation for large scale projects.
- Having deep knowledge and hands on experience in data visualization and analytical tools.
- Having deep knowledge in integration upstream applications/business in order to allowed to proposed enhancement or new solutions.
- Has detailed knowledge in project management covering: requirements documentation, resource selection, planning techniques, change control process, tracking variance, cost and control schedule systems, project reporting and documenting.
- Proficient in English.
- Business Process Management certificates is an advantage.
- Project Management Certificate is an advantage (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
