About the Role

- Lead, guide and review technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage integration of ICT and security systems across complex project environments.
- Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high quality documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, ICT, systems engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering
- Experience leading large scale or complex projects
- BICSI certification preferred

Job Overview
- WSP in the Middle East are looking for a competent, passionate and driven Senior/Principal Engineer (ICT & Security) to step into the role of Acting BTS Lead on some of the region's most high profile projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, ICT, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering with a track record of successfully leading large scale or complex projects.
- Strong background in ICT and security systems, with proven experience on mega scale projects in the region.
- Leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver challenging project conditions.
- BICSI certification preferred; additional ICT/Security design related professional certificates are an advantage.
- Relevant engineering or ICT degree; advanced certifications a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as BTS Lead, overseeing end to end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega scale projects.
- Lead, guide and review technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards (BICSI, TIA, MOI,..etc) and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams.

- Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high quality documentation.
