What You’ll Do
Design and develop end-to-end web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
Build high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with advanced optimization techniques
Develop scalable microservices architectures with event-driven patterns and real-time features
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerize with Docker, and orchestrate with Kubernetes
Design high-availability systems (99.9%+ uptime) with fault tolerance and multi-region deployments
Conduct performance profiling, memory optimization, and implement auto-scaling solutions
Create responsive, accessible UIs with advanced CSS3, state management, and PWA features
Implement robust caching strategies using Redis and optimize for mobile performance
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions
Lead technical initiatives and ensure security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
8+ years experienced engineers
Node.js Performance Mastery: Memory profiling, event loop optimization, clustering, and advanced performance tuning
High Availability Architecture: Design 99.9%+ uptime systems with failover mechanisms, disaster recovery, and multi-region deployments
Scalability Engineering: Microservices decomposition, horizontal scaling, load balancing, and massive scale design patterns
Modern Frontend Development: React 18+, Next.js 14+, TypeScript, and advanced performance optimization techniques
Database Expertise: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis with sharding strategies, query optimization, and connection management
API Design & Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, tRPC with proper versioning, authentication, and authorization implementation
