Responsibilities
- Participate in pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation, and start up of new equipment and facilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on field electrical equipment
- Ensure material and spare parts availability before maintenance activities
- Provide accurate records and close out reports of completed work
- Participate in troubleshooting of electrical field issues
- Review P&IDs, loop drawings, hook up drawings, and other documents
- Participate in regular Toolbox meetings and report Near Misses, Incidents, and Accidents
Requirements
- Experience in electrical field maintenance
- Knowledge of pre commissioning and commissioning activities
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment failures
- Familiarity with P&IDs, loop drawings, and electrical datasheets

Job Overview
- Supports Expansion Project Electrical support activities for pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start up tasks
- Conducts electrical field maintenance activities safely, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensures reliability and availability of Company Assets (North, South, RLTO & Refining, Barzan and NFE facilities)
Key Job Accountabilities
- Participates in pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start up of new equipment and facilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance work on field Electrical Equipment as directed
- Ensure that material and spare parts are available and in good condition before starting maintenance activities
- Ensure applicable maintenance procedures are followed and ensure proper controls are in place for safe workplace
- Provides accurate records and close out reports of all completed work
- Participates in troubleshooting of Electrical field issues and issue timely reports
- Reviews P&IDs, loop drawings, hook up drawings, Electrical Index, Electrical datasheets, logic diagrams
- Perform calibrated and certified tools specific for the job type and ensure requirements for Intrinsic Safety (IS)
- Participates in regular Toolbox meetings and reports all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents
- Undertakes troubleshooting of equipment failure or operational problems
