Responsibilities

Establish, implement, and maintain project document control procedures in accordance with company, client, and project requirements.
Manage all incoming and outgoing project correspondence, technical documents, drawings, reports, and records.
Control the issuance, tracking, distribution, retrieval, and archiving of project documentation.
Maintain and update document registers, drawing registers, transmittal logs, and correspondence logs.
Ensure all project documents are correctly numbered, classified, filed, and stored in accordance with document control procedures.
Manage document workflows through Common Data Environments (CDEs) and document management systems.
Monitor document review and approval cycles to ensure timely responses from project stakeholders.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure document revisions and updates are properly controlled.
Maintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, superseded documents, and distribution history.
Ensure confidential project information is securely managed and protected.
Support project audits and quality management system requirements by providing document control records.
